What should I eat or not eat before the colonoscopy?
The last three days before the colonoscopy, switch to a non-slag diet: Breakfast: coffee, herbal infusions, ham, turkey, French omelet, white bread with olive oil. Lunch and dinner: boiled white rice, soup with pasta, pasta(macaroni, spaghetti)boiled, with butter or vegetable oil and grated hard cheese. Boiled or grilled chicken, boiled or grilled veal, boiled or grilled fish, French omelet, or boiled egg. Dessert: fresh squeezed orange juice without pulp or hard cheese. Do not eat Salads, vegetables and legumes, fruits, potatoes, meat and fish in sauce, sausages, coarsely ground products, fats, cakes, alcoholic drinks, or with gas.
How should I prepare for a colonoscopy?
