About the offer

Ultrasound rhinoplasty (piezosurgery) allows the surgeon to truly "sculpt" the nasal bones, changing their shape and thickness as needed and even pruning them if necessary. This technology makes correcting even a slight nose asymmetry possible, creating ideal facial proportions. During the operation, ultrasonic vibrations with a frequency of 25-29 kHz are used to change the shape of the bone. At the same time, all soft tissues (skin, mucous membranes, vessels, and nerves) remain intact. The ultrasonic knife can be equipped with various tips to remove the hump, polish any rough surfaces, and make precise cuts of bones that do not damage the underlying mucous membrane. As a rule, aesthetic operations last up to 2 hours, and reconstructive nose jobs can take up to 4 hours. At the initial stage, the plastic surgeon peels off the skin at the base of the nasal septum. Next, a small incision opens access to bone structures. Then, depending on the rhinoplasty's purpose, the nose's shape is modeled, its angle changes or excess parts of bone and cartilage tissues are cut off. The rhinoplasty surgeon carefully monitors all manipulations using a 3D image on the screen, which is visible where the tip of the ultrasonic knife is located. Finally, a plaster cast is applied to the nose for rigid fixation. In a week, it will be removed.
