This inpatient rehabilitation pathway is organized in clear stages, starting with a clinician-led review of your medical documentation and imaging to understand your condition and prepare the clinical approach before you arrive. On admission, the clinic handles transfer logistics to the accommodation, and the stay is set up with in-hospital lodging and full-board meals planned around your dietary needs. After check-in, care transitions into a structured clinical intake: a rehabilitation physician performs a comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment and uses it to define an individualized rehabilitation and procedure plan, alongside the required orientation, treatment plan briefing, and informed consents. The therapeutic schedule is then managed in weekly blocks, with treatments typically starting the next working day (and in some cases the same day) and delivered at an intensive rhythm on weekdays, with a reduced schedule on weekends and public holidays. Delivery is built around a mix of individualized and group-based rehabilitation, with each track designed to match functional limitations and clinical goals. Individual physiotherapy runs on workdays and is framed by baseline and end-of-program movement analysis, while group sessions are scaled by a physiotherapist to the group’s capabilities. The plan can also incorporate water-based rehabilitation and device-assisted physical therapy modalities, and it may be complemented by massage options and supervised exercise in the fitness center; the final mix is determined by the physician based on your medical condition. The program closes with a final physician examination and a discharge report issued in Czech, with a translated version provided in your preferred language within five working days, followed by organized transport back to the airport. Practical participation notes include mixed-gender group therapies, no guarantee of a same-gender therapist, and a requirement for European-style swimwear for pool use.
