Prof. Dr. Oya Ercan

Prof. Dr. Oya Ercan is a highly experienced pediatric endocrinologist with 42 years of experience in the field. She obtained her medical training and specialized in pediatrics at Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty in Turkey. Throughout her career, she has held various positions in different hospitals and institutions, including serving as Chief Intern in the Pediatric Hematology Department and as a Visiting Chief Intern in Pediatric Endocrinology and Cellular Endocrinology in London. Dr. Ercan is currently working at Memorial Sisli Hospital in Istanbul, where she heads the Department of Pediatric Endocrinology. Dr. Ercan's expertise and dedication are reflected in her extensive list of scientific publications, totaling 152. Her research focuses on a wide range of topics, including pediatric obesity, growth disorders, thyroid diseases, and adrenal disorders.
