Prof. Dr. med. Miroslaw Zabek

Prof. Dr. med. Miroslaw Zabek is a highly experienced and accomplished neurosurgeon with over 42 years of practice. He graduated from the Medical Academy in Warsaw in 1981 and has since specialized in neurosurgery and neurotraumatology. His extensive training took him to various countries, including Finland, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Spain, France, the United States, Belgium, and Japan, where he gained expertise in vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, minimally invasive spinal surgery, and pain management using stimulation of the nervous system. Dr. Zabek is the Head of the Department of Neurosurgery and Trauma of the Nervous System at the Gamma Knife Center Warsaw. Dr. Zabek's impressive career includes being the Founder and Director of the Gamma Knife Center and the Founder and Head of the Interventional Neurotherapy Center. He has also served as the Chairman of the University Council of the University of Warsaw and holds the position of an expert at the Medical Research Agency.
