Two-sided manual knee replacement surgery is a surgical procedure performed manually using standard surgical instruments and equipment. During the procedure, both legs' damaged knee joint surfaces are removed and replaced with metal alloy and polyethylene parts. Knee replacement surgery is performed in cases of severe arthritis and serious injuries to the knee, such as fractures.
