The “After Endoprosthesis” rehabilitation stay at CONSTANCE CARE is organized as a residential recovery and regeneration program built around an individualized plan prepared at the start of the stay, following an initial consultation and medical interview that aligns therapy selection with your current condition and needs. The inpatient format combines everyday support with clinical oversight: accommodation is provided in an en-suite shared room with Wi-Fi and full board (four served meals daily), with a rehabilitation bed available for the patient. The program includes ongoing physician supervision (regular medical assessments during the stay) and psychological support, plus optional nursing control services on request, while general assistance with daily activities is available around the clock. Rehabilitation delivery is structured around weekday therapy days, with weekends and holidays designated as non-rehabilitation days, and a set of individual functional-therapy sessions. Depending on medical indications, the plan may combine one-to-one physiotherapy with technology-assisted modules such as HandTutor hand training and body-weight-supported gait work on the LUNA system, alongside craniosacral therapy, pelvic muscle therapy (EXCIO), and robotic gait re-education on the G-EO system; an ExoAtlet exoskeleton session may be added only after individual qualification. Supportive elements can also include manual therapy/medical massage, “alpha gravity” suspension work with a physiotherapist, daily wodorotherapy and sensory-relaxation sessions, and selected physiotherapy modalities such as shockwave, laser, ultrasound, electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, high-energy HIL laser, Solux light therapy, and BOA lymphatic drainage, always adjusted to health status and physician recommendations.
