Penile thickening through autologous fat injections (also called autologous fat grafting or lipofilling) is offered by Dr. med. Christoph Jethon is a board-certified specialist in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery and the founder of PraxisClinic Jadore in Darmstadt, where he has worked in private practice since 2006. The technique used is not a simple “fat injection,” but a structured autologous fat tissue transplantation process. Fat is gently harvested via liposuction, commonly from the inner thighs (and, depending on the individual, from other donor areas). Then processed and filtered to prepare predominantly stable fat cells for transplantation. The prepared fat is evenly placed under the penile shaft to achieve a more uniform girth increase while avoiding foreign materials; the clinic explicitly avoids permanent synthetic fillers or rigid implants for thickening. The procedure is performed as an outpatient and is typically done without general anesthesia, using local anesthesia or twilight sedation, depending on the case. Post-procedure, a graduated compression dressing is applied and worn for about 1 week to support the stable integration of the transplanted fat. In this program, the expected aesthetic goal is a harmonious increase in circumference rather than a change in length. A typical target range described for circumference gain is about 2–3 cm, with results tailored to anatomy and desired proportions.
