About the offer

The principle of the surgery to change the female sex to the male is to remove the mammary glands, uterus, and ovaries. The vagina is sutured. Then the doctor creates a "neophallus" from the clitoris enlarged due to hormone therapy. With the part of the vaginal mucosa, as well as flaps of the outer wall of the vagina, the urethra is lengthened. The resulting organ is wrapped with a flap of the skin of the labia minora. And a scrotum is created from the labia majora, where a testicular prosthesis is implanted. Changing male to female is technically more straightforward and boils down to castration by creating an artificial vagina. First, the skin is removed from the penis and scrotum. Next, these organs are removed to preserve nerves and blood supply, and a small head section is preserved to form the clitoris. Finally, the urethra is shortened and removed separately, located in the same place as an ordinary woman. The labia and vagina are formed from the skin of the scrotum and penis. The emptied "sleeve" of the penis turns inside out, like the sleeve of a coat. An incision is made in the genital area, and a cavity is created between the internal organs. Gender reassignment surgery is usually quite complex and requires more than one surgery. Postoperative scars are hidden in the folds of the skin and are invisible.
