Breast augmentation with silicone implants is a cosmetic technique that can make the breasts look fuller and perkier. The breasts' natural volume and contours are enhanced during this treatment by adding silicone implants after the extra skin has been removed and the breast tissue has been reshaped.  The patient will meet with the plastic surgeon and the anesthesiologist to discuss their medical histories and concerns and conduct a physical examination before the surgery. The patient will also have a chest x-ray, ultrasound, mammography, electrocardiogram, and urinalysis performed in addition to the standard blood work, blood type, biochemical analysis, coagulation studies, and urinalysis. The treatment will be performed under general anesthesia, and the patient will require hospitalization and nursing care afterward. Essential medications and supplies needed for postoperative care and symptom management following surgery are included. The program requires one day of in-patient treatment and six days of follow-up care. Medical records and suggestions will be given to the patient. The surgery can improve the breasts' size, shape, and symmetry. As a result, they look younger, elevated, rounder, and plumper. The effects of this treatment, if properly maintained, have the potential to be permanent. However, it is still essential to think about everything and do as instructed after surgery.
