Therapeutic examination

A therapeutic examination is a way to diagnose and treat medical conditions like an internal organ disease. For example, a doctor called an internist will:Obtain a medical history: Ask the patient about their medical history, including any symptoms they are experiencing and any previous medical conditions. Perform a physical examination: Examine the patient's body, including their vital signs (such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature) and any areas of the body that are related to the condition being treated. Order additional tests:Lab diagnostic, including standard blood and biochemical analysis, diabetic and inflammation markers, and urinalysis. Imaging diagnostic: chest X-ray, echocardiogram, cerebrovascular ultrasonography, ultrasound imaging of the abdomen, pelvis, thyroid gland, CT coronary angiogram, and high-resolution CT scan of the chest (both on the indication). Functional diagnostic: lung function tests, electrocardiogram (ECG), cardiac stress test (exercise ECG). Make a diagnosis and develop a treatment strategy: Based on the results of all test, the internist make a diagnosis and realize a treatment plan that may include medication, physical therapy, or other interventions. Monitor and evaluate the treatment: Monitor the patient's progress and assess the effectiveness of the treatment. Adjust the treatment plan as needed.
