About the department

The department of urology at Kardiolita Hospital Vilnius specializes in diagnosing and treating the urinary tract in men and women and the reproductive system in men. The department's medical team offers a unique concept in which doctors focus on each clinical picture, providing patients with unparalleled personal experience and knowledge. In the department, doctors provide the most advanced technologies, including laboratory tests for the determination of tumour markers, ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy, endoscopic and radiological methods, and laser technologies. In addition, doctors primarily perform minimally invasive robotic surgical treatments that result in shorter recovery times, less pain, smaller incisions, and improved quality of life.

The main directions of the department are the treatment of prostate diseases, infectious diseases of the urinary tract, urolithiasis and oncological diseases. In addition, doctors pay special attention to men with hormonal disorders, infertility and erectile dysfunction. As a progressive department with a highly qualified medical team, it offers all types of modern urological surgery, including laparoscopic surgery, endoscopic surgery, open surgery and genital plastic surgery. Treatment is carried out for adults and children.
