The department of pediatric surgery at Hauner Children's department at University Hospital of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) Munich offers the full spectrum of surgical treatment for various conditions in children and adolescents. The department carries out surgical procedures as gently as possible using the most modern, minimally invasive procedures. It consists of 61 specialized beds and 3 intensive care units to be able to treat even the most severe acute diseases. Furthermore, the department can offer a telemedical video consultation to save their patients a long journey.
